She was considerate in reviewing our needs in the beginning of the process and had well postured suggestions concerning what our timeline was and the probability associated with selling the home in what was at the time a buyers market. In spite of that, we received top dollar for the home. I know there are always a lot of concerns about paying realtor fees, however given the attention to detail, the amount of time she spent, and the effort that was made by her and her team, both my wife and I feel that it was money well spent.
Amy is super knowledgeable and helpful real estate agent, she has eyes for minor details when showing us the properties and pay attention to our each and every single wants as we’re still in process of buying a property. I am SO grateful for Amy and Matt for their help on our first home purchase! Amy walked us through everything, kept in constant contact, and negotiated for a fair price on our new home. She identified so many things I never even thought to look for when touring - moisture in the walls, sloping that would affect rainfall into the house, things that are just cosmetic vs. expensive problems down the line, etc. She and Matt were also on top of it all on the paperwork side and explained everything very clearly.
